The Beauty Professional Association (BPRO) functions as a professional division of NAPSCC, established to:

  • Offer memberships, certifications, training, assessments, and professional recognition
  • Encourage ethical practice, inclusion, and continuous professional development

This Policy applies uniformly to:

  • National Association for Professionals & Skill Certification Council (NAPSCC)
  • Beauty Professional Association (BPRO) as a division of NAPSCC
  • All existing and future programs, digital platforms, learning portals, websites, and outreach activities governed, managed, or overseen by NAPSCC
