The Beauty Professionals Association (BPRO) strives to revitalise the beauty industry. For this, BPRO is incorporating some promising developmental objectives within the industry. Additionally, advocating it as a prominent career choice to millions of students possessing skills & capabilities. It’s so because the beauty industry already has the potential of hiring more than 2.5 million people and the reliability of being a vital business source in our economy. Our members will take actions in collaborating with different entities and our other objectives so as to bestow the industry with the innovative and technical aid it requires.
- Becoming a prominent source for beauty associates across the globe with a similar vision and mission. Therefore, to be able to network and exchange ideas & resources in mutual dialogues.
- To validate beauty professionals, beauty Services, beauty Products and provide various Certifications, Accreditations and Rankings.
- Collaborating with educational institutions to promote beauty skills in Formal Education.
- Formulate quality education, standards, policies, procedures, SOPs, quality assessment, internships, apprenticeships & placements.
- Building international partnerships & collaborations for BPRO members.
- Foster meaningful partnership between Government, Educational Institutions, beauty professionals, beauty sector and Allied industry.
- Formalise and assist in analysing, understanding and implementing quality beauty Education as a mainstream Vocational Education.
- Promotion of beauty industry entrepreneurship development
- Aid institutions in infrastructural & technological development.
- Train the Trainers Programs for capacity building.
- Regulate internal audit to analyse shortfalls for further improvement and assist in transformation of beauty education institutions into beauty institutions of excellence.
- Educate, Encourage, Evolve, Empower, Embrace and Excel BPRO members & therefore enabling them to explore their innate potential.
- Advocating about the learning scope and career opportunities for the next generation of beauty artists alongwith rewarding entitlements and technological innovations.
- Acknowledging and certifying the best beauty Institutions, Business and Products across the world.
- Providing scholarships and initiating charitable activities like Look Pretty Feel Better, Haircut for Homeless, Disaster Relief Support for beauty professionals and more.
- Bringing global leaders of the beauty business across the globe on a single platform for mutual dialogues in the benefit of the beauty industry.
- To organise Events, beauty Summit, Conferences, Fashion Shows, Trade Shows, Webinars, Seminars, BPRO Festivals, beauty Expo & much more.
